W. B. Weaver is an oil and gas consultant having experience in all phases of oil and gas exploration and production. Mr. Weaver was the founder and President of Lauritzen Energy Inc., which he successfully piloted for twelve years. Prior to that, he served in various management positions with Union Texas Petroleum, last serving as Director of International Operations. Mr. Weaver began his oil and gas career in 1964 as a petroleum engineer with Amoco Production Company. Mr. Weaver holds a BS degree in engineering from The University of Houston and has done advanced studies in electromagnetics. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

R. K. Warren is a geophysicist with special expertise in electrical methods applied to hard minerals and hydrocarbon exploration. Mr. Warren is the owner of Warren Geophysical Service. He retired from Exxon after twenty-five years, the last twelve of which were with Exxon Production Research Co. Mr. Warren’s work at Exxon involved the research of passive and active electrical methods used in hydrocarbon exploration. He also headed a group of geophysicists in the search for various hard rock minerals both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Exxon, Mr. Warren was associated with Hanna Mining Co. and Vibra-Tech Engineers. Mr. Warren is the author of several patents and has published in peer review journals in the United States and Europe. Mr. Warren holds a BS degree in engineering and an MS degree in geophysics from Washington University, St. Louis, MO
